The exterior is absolutely gorgeous and modern with its cedar and metal siding. Both exterior lockable doors are illuminated by sleek lighting on each side. The single door is equipped with a keycode deadbolt. There is also a switch in the living room that controls an upper, exterior plug ideal for hanging festive lights around the roof line, or string lights over a deck or yard.
Interior
The interior boasts approximately 360 square feet of bright, functional space! The living area is spacious and cozy, while the two lofts boast both functionality and elegance. The main sleeping loft is approximately 80 square feet with an egress skylight for exit, airflow, and sleeping under the stars! There is a hidden storage chest underneath the bay windows, a pipe ladder to the reading loft, and a 32" TV that gently compliments the space. Two opposite exit doors are both lockable (with one having a key-code deadbolt) and allow plenty of light and accessibility to outdoor spaces of your creation!
Kitchen
The kitchen and storage area provides two large pantries for storage of food or clothing. Washer/dryer hook ups are included, along with the top freezer fridge. The double induction stove top is sleek and proficient, allowing for more cabinet space and drawers, while the large microwave is also a convection oven. The farmhouse sink adds character to the crafted butcher block counter and table space, while the abundance of windows flood the space with natural light, making it feel large and comfortable. The array of fixtures are handpicked for elegance and functionality and all compliment the modern yet rustic character of the home.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower and a bathroom vanity that provides a top drawer for your toiletry essentials, as well as built-in shelving opposite the toilet that adds extra storage and character.
