2 - Design
- Sign the design contract and pay the $2,500 deposit, which will be applied to the build cost.
- Work with Jacob to finalize design and payment options.
- Complete & sign itemized build contract & pay deposit
3 - Build
- Construction begins!
- We will send you photos of the build progress and keep you updated, and you can stop by to see it in person!
- Progress payments are made at pre-determined stages of the build.
- Upon completion of your home, the final payment is due, and it is ready for delivery!
