Interior
With nearly 500 square feet of bright, useable space, the living area is warm and cozy, while the two lofts are roomy and rustic. The main sleeping loft is approximately 100 square feet with a lowered catwalk for easy access. Both lofts have egress windows, and the front loft has storage underneath for the ladder when it's not needed. The front bay also allows for extra storage.
Kitchen
The warm wood ceiling and open beams above the kitchen make it feel spacious, and custom cabinets give you plenty of storage space. Appliances include a top-freezer fridge, double induction stove, electric oven, and low profile microwave are sleek and efficient, allowing for more cabinet space and drawers. The apron sink adds character to the beautiful quartz counter tops, while the fixtures and lighting all add to the inviting aesthetic.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a custom vanity, full bath/shower, and washer/dryer hook ups for either stackable or all-in-one unit.

TRAILER - Three axle trailer equipped with brakes for transportation
and 8 support jacks for stability.
HOOKUPS - 50 amp RV plug, potable water spigot, and city sewer or septic within reach, will allow the home to be completely functional.
